Work on your balance no matter what the drs say. I have strange feeling too and they can’t always account for it. I think the blood thinners I take, clopidogrel have something to do with it. I think all strokes will show up on a mri. They are little gray dots. Since the strokes or the blood thinners I react well to meds I can take. Not sure why this is.. I wish this had never happened and I’d like life back the way it used to be but I pray a lot and give it to God. This helps me a lot. Have a beautiful Easter

I can empathize with you. I have CSVD also and have had a TIA. During one of my MRI's the neurologist asked me how many lacunar strokes I have had. They apparently showed up on the imaging but I can't pinpoint any specific episodes. It was a surprise to me!
