Has anyone ever been on Duloxetine (Cymbalta) for nerve pain?

Cymbalta could have killed me twice had I not called 911 and got to the ER. Low blood sodium and serotonin syndrome are both life threatening and known side effects of Cymbalta. My husband has taken it for years with no problems.

I have taken it for years also without problems. It helps my musculoskeletal pain. (Have had back and neck fusion surgeries and other similar issues.)
