Keytruda & Fatigue: What helps decrease fatigue?

I don’t know if / think that side effects mean it’s working.
Hubby had stage 4 NSCLC and has had 15 every 3 weeks treatments.
CTs & Pets & dna blood tests thus far show no cancer.
