Question on Extramedullary hematopoiesis

Found I had Extramedullary hematopoiesis from an Adrenalectomy, had bloodwork, and a bone marrow biopsy. Had a high level of kappa-free light chain, and the marrow was fine. No symptoms, should I get bloodwork annually, or not worry about it?

What organ is involved with the extramedullary hematopoiesis? What has your medical term advised? They would be the best source for information on how to treat your condition, since they have your medical history. Have they given you any options?

The blood disorder was found in the adrenal adenoma. All the doctors I've seen have said this is rare and they've never seen this before. I was hoping someone on this site had some advice. I'm going to speak to my endo next week and see what she says. Thank you for reaching out.
