How do you cope with constant anger when one thing goes wrong?

You may consider seeing a therapist who can help you figure out what is triggering you and why? I'm not certain how many of the respondents have followed this path but until you learn the reasons why a solution to help you cope will remain elusive. Good luck in finding the right path.

Sometimes, if you can share those hurts (bring them to the surface), the expression and recognition can help reduce (not totally remove) the anger. Anger can come from injustices done which have never been recognized, validated, or rectified.
Maybe you can share them here?

Your healthcare coverage is required to provide you with this benefit. There are free mental health services available but you must seek them out. Isn’t your mental health and well being worth it?

BEING ANGRY… OR NOT…

I’m so sorry of a health mind problem. All of us - good or bad - does the right or wrong way, every day. Being angry is of… what?

ANGRY… OF WHAT OR WHO?
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Do you hate yourself or a family or friends? I’ve been there. In 2012 I had a bicycle accident on block from my house. During this for the last 12 years, at first I could not know who are with me… how about my wife or my family? The only one was my mom - that’s it. I was mad/angry of people - like doctors, nurses, pro helpers and my family. It took me a couple years that started. Many back, but I lost 50%-75% of my memory & my pro/good usage of reading, walking, writing, swimming, and on..

HOW ABOUT MEDS?

Angry == Meds? Angry == Church? Angry == My Bible? Angers == Friends? Angers == Thoughts? Angers == Jesus Christ?

All of this - some tiny, small, medium, big, huge - is within me - daily…

I wish the best way for all of you,
Greg D. @greg1956

I experienced a lot of anger with my partner the 1st couple years. I would go for long walks after yelling at him Sticking my head under the pillow and cursing very loud, or having a couple beers.. Over the years I use YouTube meditations daily and get counseling sessions for a while. I have also found energy work such as Reiki or Shen from a master has helped me release buried trauma, anger etc that I didn't even remember till it came up. If you are on edge a lot, you might try CBD oil as my partner has so mellowed out the last few months and it also aids his sleep.
