I’ve had 3 cerebral small vessel strokes 6 months ago and they spotted 3 older strokes as well. I seem to be ok except for the anxiety and my left leg is a little weaker than my right. Some head confusion but this could also be from the anxiety. I see a therapist for the anxiety and have had 10 weeks of vestibular PT for the tension headaches which are now easing off. I exercise everyday with some cardio 3 times a week, upper and lower body 3 times a week and I walk every day mostly in the house. I take one day of rest. It has helped quite a bit.
