Yup! I rinse twice a day with a Neil med bottle that has budesonide steroid in it and steam my face every single night for the past year. It’s crazy…

Neilmed sinus works for me. Been using it 14 1/2 years. Got bacterial meningitis of my brain from chronic sinusitis may 2014.
