Did you have an accident or injury before the pain started? Did you have any pregnancies or complications?

Did you have lumbar/sacrum spine and pelvis/hip MRIs?

Do you have compression of spinal cord/nerve roots/nerves? Have you seen an orthopedic spine and hip specialist?
