Has anyone had dietary success with C-diff?

This was my experience and what was recommended by my doctor:

After successful Vancomycin treatment I developed temporary post-infectious IBS. I followed the FODMAP diet for a few weeks which helped. My doctor recommended that I take the following probiotics: Florastor and Visbiome. The probiotics helped me soooo much, noticeable improvement within a couple days. After a couple weeks I slowly started to re-introduce non-FODMAP foods to my diet.

You might want to read the book “Let’s Talk Sh!t” by Hazan, Ellsworth & Baptist. Also visit Dr. Sabine Hazan’s lab’s website: ProgenaBiome.com for testing microbiome testing info.

Another great source of info is the Peggy Lillis Foundation at CDiff.org

Prayers going up that you are healed.

@cas924 I love Peggy Lillis Foundation. Did you know you can also get C-Diff from pill form antibiotics? Just something to be aware of. Vancomycim is like taking the hair of the dog that bit you to cure you. It's temporary without further assistance from good bacteria.
