Musculature referred pan from neck, masseter, temporalis and jaw muscles. This tightness radiates to face, bridge of nose and teeth. Mimics sinus, migraine headaches.

Watch your lifestyle. Eye strain from phone, iPad etc… posture. Lack of movement for long period of times and stress. All muscle tension. Doctors don’t speak to this because they typically only treat “disease”. Steer clear from ENT, unnecessary meds etc….

Thank you! After seeing 8 ents, I have decided to stop kicking the dead horse lol. I was not getting anywhere. I have been trying to massage neck. I will say when I massage it, it helps the pressure but doesn’t complete take it away and it’s only helpful in those few seconds. Not sure if I need chiropractic treatment? I’ve been thinking about this, just not sure what next steps are to address.
