Have you found anything to successfully treat fibromyalgia pain?

Hello,
I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor has me taking Cymbalta and lyrica and so far that's been helping with pain, I'm do find my self having a lot of trouble having a full night's rest though, any recommendations?

Ask your doctor about melatonin. I don’t take it every day but when I do, I take 2.5-5mg. I found a great chewable one. It’s 10mg and I cut it into pieces. It helps me relax and stay asleep all night. Don’t take too much. I tried 10mg and was felt groggy in the morning.
