Hi, sorry took me so long to respond, but you probably understand, with long covid and having to pace myself, that's just the way it is. I am on compounded T4 50 mcg/T3 10 mcg. I have been on it for a number of years. The Doctor who put me on it is now retired as of 2023. He added the T3 as I remember due to fatigue, I don't think it had anything to do with improving my Fibromyalgia. I know he was very cautious with T3, too high a dose can cause heart palpitations. I am actually wondering if my dose should be adjusted since getting Long Covid, maybe it is contributing to my diagnosis of Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia? I do not have a doctor that would even know how to interpret the results anymore. The doctor that took over for him extended my current prescription and am meeting with him again in June, hopefully he's learned something about it. The thyroid med never helped with Fibromyalgia, but did help my energy level. Of course, Long Covid changed that, energy level is up and down. I tried Vagus Nerve Stimulator also, actually increased my anxiety, I don't do well with electrical devices, even grounding mats, so sent it back. I know some people are helped by it. Breathing exercises help me more. Cannabis made me feel terrible. I know with LDN, you do need to slowly work up to the 4.5 mg, for me it took weeks, but I wouldn't go without it now. Wish you the best, this is all so life changing, hope you find some relief!

That’s ok…if I don’t do anything immediately I just forget as brain fog bad! Everyone seems to be so different so even if some symptoms similar, response to ‘cures’ so different. I ‘m having a rest from the vagus stimulation , tho I never got very high/ long my HRhad been rising…still getting breathless and 139+ HR doing smallest jobs around the house. But that might be some other cause; I’ve also just removed one of my 4 antihypertensives as that might have caused problems ( certainly the last few days although BP high it seems to be consistent not a systolic variation of over 60. ) Everything just takes so long to try something new and wait to see what happens. Good health x
