Congratulations! It is freaking hard! I quit 20 years ago and every now and then the thought crosses my mind. The other day I was relaxing and my head said "I think I'll go to the deck and have a cigarette!" I have no idea where that came from, and I didn't listen but that shows how powerful the addiction is. May the force be with you!
