I like your suggestion about strength and excuses. I will use this concept in my head as I have just completed two weeks of not smoking as of today using a patch. I want to give thought to my strength and get stronger every day, a quote from the band Chicago. Thanks.

Congratulations! It is freaking hard! I quit 20 years ago and every now and then the thought crosses my mind. The other day I was relaxing and my head said "I think I'll go to the deck and have a cigarette!" I have no idea where that came from, and I didn't listen but that shows how powerful the addiction is. May the force be with you!
