They cannot diagnose tinnitus though or "fix" it. Most think its just something you get to live with. So if you have the ear thing going on with tinnitus or other nasal issues don't get your hopes up. At least find one that specializes in sinus issues including surgeries. Then look to a specialists that can diagnose nerve issues beginning with your vagus nerve, and spine in neck and back. A good neurologist maybe. It is all connected. Few docs really spend much time on diagnosis these days. It's easier to give you pills or send you on to another specialist. Can't really blame the docs, the government has made them all slaves to the health systems the government controls. When you find a doc that listens to you, respect and admire their courage as they are really bucking the system for you. They are out there, you have to search. If you cannot travel, you pretty much need to spend your time learning to live with your disability. It is real even if no one but you can hear it.

Fluid in the ear has to be drained or it becomes stagnant and will cause problems like hearing loss. They put a tube in the ear drum after it is drained. It makes you feel brand new. Only an ENT does this.
