Sjogren's can give you small fiber neuropathy (with or without sensory symptoms) which can lead to large fiber neuropathy. They are part of your autonomic nervous system. The large fibers tell your feet where they are in relation to everything else. Very easy to see, if you know what to look for. Been there, got the t-shirt.
