Also 86 years with Non-diebetic PN for about 10 years. It’s now progressed from my toes to about midcalf. Hands are also an issue but feet are worse. Night pain in both feet begins in heels and top of arches after abut two hours every night. For those who haven’t tried this, I have had some had success with taking two Tylenols nightly and resting my ankles on a rolled up blanket with my feet hanging over the end. All I need is about a one and a half inch roll, just enough to keep my heels off the mattress, and that’s enough most nights to keep my pain away and improve sleeping. Won’t work for everyone but likely will help for some and it’s free.

I am 78 years old and started with non-diabetic neuropathy after having chemo for breast cancer in 2001. The first question my oncologist asked when I saw him after my treatments was "How are your feet"? I didn't have pain just numbness. Then in 2017 I had sepsis which in turn put me in Septic Shock from cellulitis in my lower leg and prosthetic knee. From that, I developed lymphedema which in turn started the painful burning neuropathy. The pain in my feet was just as if I was wearing very tight sandals. I could actually feel the straps on my feet. Sometimes I even checked to make sure I didn't still have shoes on. I now have Purple Toe and Feet because of poor circulation in my lower legs. The pain on the soles of my feet is like they are cracked. I checked with my doctor to see if I could try magnesium cream and waiting to hear back. I can't take a supplement due to CHF. I don't know what I would do without diclofenac and lidocaine patches.

thank you, it sounds good.
