Do you have your diabetes well controlled? If not, is is important to do so because that would worsen your neuropathy if not controlled.

Have you tried taking alpha Lipoic acid, Acetyl l carnitine, and magnesium supplements to help calm your neuropathy symptoms? Have you tried lidocaine or capsaicin/nerve pain creams or patches? Have you tried ice packs covered in cloth and compression socks/stockings up to thigh?
