Anyone out there with lichen stratus?

Itchy rash appeared on one Side of trunk. Two long lines that look like scratches and are slightly raised like hives. It is Lichen Striatus, a rare inflammatory condition. Would be interested in hearing from anyone else who has had this and what treatment if any helped it to resolve.

I’m thinking you may have a condition so uncommon in adults that not
many have experienced it. It is not usually of any consequence to your general
health. Very likely it will just go away without treatment. If you check out
the medical literature there are rare reports of minor immune reactions to vaccines but cause is an undetermined immune disturbance.
Ask your dermatologist for a topical that might make it less noticeable.
