Hi @hrb24, sounds like your SOB issues is pretty new. Is this the first time you've experienced this?

My issue started way back in 2012 to varying degrees of severity until leveled out over the past several years due to a combination of breathing exercises, physical exercise, acceptance, and making changes to improve overall health.

I experienced it one other time when I was expecting but it went away. Now it’s back since Nov 2024 and I can’t get a grip on it, but everything you explained is what I am feeling as well. Was hoping maybe there is a solution, but it seems like you have been battling it for a long time. Are you still seeing any doctors for help, have you traveled outside your normal area?
