Has anyone experienced balance issues as s side effect of Lyrica? I just increased dose to 100 mg 3x/day and suddenly feel weak and unbalanced.

I used the hear buzzing sound, but have not used that for months over months. Before, that happened a few times a week - Morn, Afternoon or Eve a few times a week bit nothing for the last mths.
I have a TBI bicycle accident 11+ years ago and I had alot of problems, including hear buzzing.
Wooppps - hearing vs earing... that's pert of my TBI understanding & reading...
And adding my photos cause I have no idea just to setup 1 photo

Members @artsy6013 and @gregd1956 have joined you to share from their experience. Have you brought this up with your neurologist? If so, what was shared?
Thanks Amanda,
I read, the word, Lyric and helps, if possible, gets rid of my seizer and pain from 75 meds = or so. The problem could “a side-effect” like? It’s funny or crazy, I also get side-effects some meds when putting them together or can’t real my right-leg-foot or my right-leg hit me and I can’t swim anymore or drive on my eyes on my right… always something, but9m here 😉 and using my iPad kills me oftyping the wrong things 😳
How would I add me to your group?
Thanks,
Greg D.
I’m unbalance cause I well done and hit both legs on the top. During 2 years ago and now…
1. I lost cutting grass
2. , lifting up for my wife needed,
3.. picking up our doggies,
4.. standing up from one side to the another.
Thank-fully, my balancing helps me by trying to control my brain of moving to another place and holding a a bag of food from a store, for my wife - and me. BUT I can’t walk a normal way by holding & using the handle with 4 wheel-walker.
My husband's neurologist and rheumatologist is not familiar with MMJ or CBD oil. Could you please provide a lot more details on exactly what you buy? My husband takes lots of other meds and is hesitant to take Gabapentin or Lyrica, so he is just suffering. The neurologist suggested Tylenol since it will dull the discomfort.
I recently started Lyrica, and the first day I was extremely dizzy and my balance was terrible.
I called my doctor and was told to take one 50 mg at bedtime for a week, then increase to 50 mg in am when I get up.
Did that for a week, and then took 50 mg around midafternoon for a week.
After 3 weeks I could tolerate the Lyrica with no problems.
Is it working for me?
Ithink my episodes of pain have decreased, and I’m feeling little bit better.
Seriously, are you taking 75 different meds? I'd be sitting down with pharmacist and try to weed out as many as possible. They are the ones who are supposed to know if what you're taking is compatible.
It seems from reading here that the lion's share of people who try Lyrica/PreGabalin can't seem to tolerate it. I switched cold turkey from GabaPentin to Lyrica. Other than ED no real side effects from Lyrica and it helps me considerably more than GabaPentin did. I don't think I could do without it now.
Do not get a Spinal Stimulator... It is not effective in the least.
I have a friend who says that a spinal cord stimulator is a Godsend for him. I feel the same way about Lyrica/PreGabalin.
