Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

Since November, I have been having a very awkward shortness of breath, experience as well. Everything that you have explained here is what I am feeling as well. Were you able to figure anything out that helped you? Thank you for any advice in advance. It means a lot.

Hi @hrb24, sounds like your SOB issues is pretty new. Is this the first time you've experienced this?

My issue started way back in 2012 to varying degrees of severity until leveled out over the past several years due to a combination of breathing exercises, physical exercise, acceptance, and making changes to improve overall health.
