@contentandwell Was just at Dr had my back injected with 7 shots from upper back to sacrum . So far it feels good will see tomorrow. He is sending order over for Lidocaine patches for me.

@lioness I hope the relief lasts for a while. I presume, as with most of these injections, that they have to be redone at certain intervals. I really should get a cortisone shot in my R hip but I just don't want to bother and I feel like I am on too many prescriptions already.
