@contentandwell Thanks I hope also . I found a product that has hyaluronic acid in it that is good to take along with collagen so will give it a try also

@contentandwell Was just at Dr had my back injected with 7 shots from upper back to sacrum . So far it feels good will see tomorrow. He is sending order over for Lidocaine patches for me.
