My VitD blood levels were tested. On the low side. 3mos later rechecked after daily vit d supplementation. Vit d level now where it should be. Very hard to get enough vit d from food and the sun if you live in a snow belt.

@sue225 I know what you mean I lived in Pa all my life that is why I took Vit D3 there now with all the sun we have here in Ca. I take it on cloudy days .
