Your welcome...calcium cannot absorb into the bones. But when you combine it with vitamin c, the calcium molecules bind to vitamin c, vitamin c absorbs really well by the bones. Which makes calcium absorbed well too. Hope that this helps you.

Also get a lot of sun. Thats the best vit D you can get
