I have Barrettes and drink my coffee in the morning, none after noon. I also take 40mg of Omeprazole every morning. Don’t go to bed on a full stomach or after you eat. Wait a couple of hours if you can it helps prevent gerd. If you can’t wait, sleep on your back and not your side. I’m a side sleeper and if I don’t wait and go to bed on my side it’s instant gerd ! This works for me. Good luck.
