Has anyone experienced red rash on face after starting Evenity?
I just started Evenity 4 weeks ago. On week three, I noticed red breakouts or rash on my face. My face never breaks out. It’s always been free from acne or rashes. I’m not saying it’s the Evenity but it’s the only new drug I’ve started. Has anyone ever had any rash or noticeable changes on your face with Evenity or other Osteoporosis medications? Please reach out too me if you have. It could be totally unrelated. Yesterday was my second round of Evenity & except for sore arms & a rash on my face I’m doing okay so far. Thanks for letting me vent my concerns.

I was pretty confident it was the Evenity as that was the only thing that changed.
When I took Evenity I had facial flushing and some strange sensations around my mouth. My endocrinologist spoke with the drug manufacturer and took me off the drug and started me on a different protocol. I was not a good match for Evenity and I only had 3 treatments.
Hi I started Evenity early March 2025 I noticed my face was getting red and burning but it was very light so I didnt pay attention until a week ago my face was read for a couple of days had a burning sensation.
I called my internal med doctor and she recommended a steroids shot but I decided to wait and see if the rash would go away, and it did. I also experienced sharp pain like heat in my leg bone (tibia) would come and go, also in my jaw bone.
I have severe osteoporosis , I am almost 70 years old and need my bones to get stronger,
I am debating should I get my next injection?
I am meeting my doctor for an evaluation next week but the second injection is also next week.
Is the rash going to get worst? If you have experience this please share.
I haven't taken Evenity, but have read that many have the rash and the burning.
