Do you have a good neurologist near by? You say you live in Wyoming. I live in Denver now where doctors of all specialties are available, but I have lived in Colorado's "outback" where that was not the case. Having wandered Wyoming many times, I know that you may be faced with a situation similar to what I faced when I lived out on the Colorado plains.

My neuropathy isn't as bad as yours but I have found little help from the medical field, even from the neurology people. I take gabapentin and it helps somewhat. My balance is bad and my legs are weak. I just started PT and hope it helps strengthen my legs. I don't understand the lack of support from the medical people. Good luck with everything.
