Yes, this is tough. I also had the MS work up, MRI, etc. it’s hard to explain that your head, face, etc is vibrating, and feels like tremors or like your funny bone when you hit your elbow.
First, Google COVID and internal tremors. There are articles on the latest studies;

On page 13 of the BMJ Open study, sleep disturbances due to tremors is specifically addressed.

Bring a copy with you for your doctor. Vibrations are difficult for physicians to understand as they can’t view outwardly what you are experiencing.
In the meantime…
Ice packs on my face helped, along with meditation and acupuncture for relaxation.

Oh thank you so much I have tried so hard doctors look at me like I'm an idiot when I explain my symptoms, finally there's is some solid facts to prove it's real, I'm very grateful. Kind regards Dan
