Has anybody had my issue pancreatic cystic lesion?

2. There is a 2.4 x 2 cm cystic lesion seen in the head/uncinate portion of pancreas. This may represent a branch type IPMN. Further evaluation with a dedicated pancreatic MRI is recommended

That is a significant size for an IPMN. A MRI/MRCP with/without contrast is the recommended method for a more accurate identification and surveillance or treatment if not an IPMN. Find a pancreas surgical oncologist experienced in IPMN cyst evaluation and management. The NCI Centers of Excellence such as MSKCC, MD Anderson, Columbia, DFCI and National Pancreas Foundation recommended Comprehensive Cancer Centers have Cyst Management Clinics that are the most experienced and will come up with a surveillance schedule.

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (#PanCAN.org) is a good resource for information on IPMN and other cysts. 877.272.6226, M-F, 7:00am-5:00pm. They can provides names of specialists and high volume clinics.
