I just found this post. Hoping to hear if you have had any changes and are still using Lyrica. I am currently taking 600mg/day. And yet I have extreme muscle pain - which does away when I am still but makes it difficult for me to stand up and get going without significant pain. Hope to hear more

I've had progress PN for about 10 years. Nights are very painful. I have found that Baclofen (muscle relaxer) taken in small amounts... about 3-4 mg tends to reduce pain levels. It takes about an hour. I'm afraid to use it regularly and limit myself to about two times a week. Otherwise, I generally use a magnesium cream to try and temper things. It seems to vary at times. I have found that some essential oils can also help, but I'm still working on an effective formula since I can't find any published research that seems to work regularly. Everyone is so different. Don't give up on looking for something that works for you. PS. I take 75 mg pregabalin in the morning and 150 at night. Good luck in your search.

I take 600 mg of Gabapentin 3 times a day and it helps some. My doctor wants me to take 300 mg 3 times a day and see if that helps more. I tried it and it didn't.
