Hi!My mom has been diagnosed with DLBCL (Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma) and it has affected almost the entire retroperitoneal area. She underwent chemotherapy immediately and has completed only one cycle. From analysis, the Ca-125 value is 700 U/ml. The doctor has recommended a transvaginal ultrasound. What does this parameter indicate?I would appreciate every answer. 🙏Thank you

Hello, @clea! I had DLBCL, but it affected another part of my body. I'm looping in @loribmt. She may be able to add some insight.
