Thanks again @susanjohnston for your question. I found this on the Tymlos official website- Store for up to 30 days at room temperature between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C) after first use.
I be preparing for how to ensure this.

I called Tymlos and asked if there was a downside to keeping it in the fridge at home instead of at room temperature. She said that I would need to remove it from the fridge about 45 minutes before I used it in order to reduce discomfort during the injection.
