No, I did not see it. THANKS so much for the link. I printed it immediately , I am making binder with all documentation and references etc.., makes me feel like I am "doing something" productive - this waiting period drives me nuts *sigh. No place around had scanning sooner than what we initially had (mid April), bigger university hospitals had even longer periods of wait so it is what it is ...
