I don’t know who told you that it’s a pretty major surgery I wish mine was only a few weeks, 2 years later I’m still not able to do a lot of things

Sorry to hear. I am 6 months post and although a lot of bumps in the road , I am golfing and doing pretty much everything I want. Its the tacrolimus side effects that are getting me down, but not the kidney.
