Elevated CEA and low GFR

I am a stage IV colon cancer survivor, in remission 3 years and 9 months. My CEA has been elevated for the past year and my GFR has been low. I know both of these have to do with the kidneys. Has anyone experienced this? I only drink coffee in the morning and water throughout the day.

Is egfr 58 considered Stage 3 for a 88 yr male?

My autocorrect changed the wording on me. It’s elevated creative and low GFR levels that I am wondering about.
