I’ve taken it for years for Sleep. 25 mg I can take up to 50 mg, but it leaves a big hangover in the morning. I also take melatonin that helps me stay asleep. It’s the long acting type. I have not taken it for my fibromyalgia, and it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my pain.

Also I do not have pain, but I have really bad fatigue with fibro and low depression.. Do you find the tarazadone makes you hungry
Trazodone helps me sleep but doesn't seem to affect pain or fogginess of Fibromyalgia.

May I ask how many milligrams of melatonin and do you take it at the same time. Also did you have any depression or anxiety with it and did it help. My doctor just put me up to Fifty milligrams I felt groggy all day So I dropped.
Back down to 25mg. and feel horrible today
