I just had the Reclast infusion done 4 days ago and the pain has been so bad in both hands arms shoulders and my left shin fills really tight and painful plus my left foot and leg is swelled up I called my doctor and he said if the pain gets to bad go to the hospital he was no help at all I will be calling them again tomorrow I already take Oxycodone 20mg every 4 hours and it doesn't help any of the pain from the infusion. I'm already dealing with end stage cirrhosis of the liver non alcoholic if anyone on here has dealt with the shin part please let me know what could be wrong the other side effects I've heard of but not the tightness of the shin. Thank you for reading this ❤️ and I hope someone else has experienced this

I am SO sorry you are dealing with this! I had my infusion back in early December and had terrible right shin pain (as well as hips, hands, forearms, and neck). I iced my shin throughout the the day which helped counteract the pain but did not solve the issue. It was so bad that I considered an x-ray to rule out a fracture. I know what you are experiencing!!! It took about 10 days to calm down to a place where I could return to light daily activities. Just recently I have been able to fully resume exercise and strengthening.
I filed an official complaint with the FDA and encourage anyone else who is dealing with this to do the same. Not sure if it will help get the word out but I felt like I needed to do something!
