I’ve had it once or twice a year since 2018. Have had it ongoing now since December 1, 2024. Usually it lasts one or two months, but it’s not going away. I’ve recently had a chest CT and a pulmonary function test which were all okay. I’m also scheduled for an asthma test in a few weeks. I know you mentioned the breathing method. I’ll look at your strategies again. Your post was very informative and it’s good to know other people experience this. I sometimes think I may have anxiety or it’s caused by one of the two medications I’m on for high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
