I have read your post and wanted to just say how sorry I am that you’re suffering. I too get extreme cramps in my upper, inner thigh on occasion if I’m on my feet a lot, during the night. Excruciating and debilitating until they finally let up which could last about 5-10 minutes! I’ve been drinking LMNT which is an Electrolyte Powder that you can order on Amazon. There is 1000 mg of sodium, 200 mg. Potassium and 60 mg of Magnesium. Very potent and since I’ve been drinking these, my cramps come much less often and are not as strong or last as long.
