I am on Entresto and carvididol for over a decade now.

Some on MCC report side affects for Entresto. My HF doctor really wanted me on it as was for heart failure. I did have some fatigue when I first took it but was told to hang in there body would get used to it. It did and glad I listened to my HF doctor.

Do you see a EP? Amiodorane is a great medications for many. Talk to your medical professionals about the toxicity of Amiodorane.

I see you have a ICD. Did they suggest a pacemaker also. When I was put on Entresto and Carvididol my heart rate went really low (into 30s). But I had a pacemaker and we experimented with what was best rate to reduce PVCs. We found 70 bpm.

I went for 10 years with no ICD episode and then got 5 shocks in 24 hours. Oh boy was that a life experience. Since then a couple but EP HF have all worked together to fine tune my ICD/Pacemaker and medications so now is an isoloated event and usually we can see what happened to cause it and work to avoid it.
