That is really good news .
I will incorporate Algaecal D3 and the Collagen into my daily routine.
Walking I do a lot , it comes with my work and I also like to hike and as the weather warms up I will be doing more of that.
My diet is high in Calcium, I eat no processed foods or sugars , time will tell, but I am positive I can turn things around.
I will not go on the Prolia.
I am currently watching a very informative podcast from Margie Bissinger with Dr R Keith McCormick who has written a great book that seems to be very hard to fine called Great Bones - Taking Control Of Your Osteoporosis

I took Fosomax once and it gave me horrible acid reflux that i had to go to Gi doctor. I refuse to take it again and do not want to take Prolia. I started hormone replacement therapy at low dose, collagen, walking more and Pilates. I think i will try Algeacal plus. Dexa in August .
Any other thoughts appreciated
Thank you for sharing your journey. I was just diagnosed with osteo from my Dexiscan. 2/2025 . My vit D was at 27. ( Seemed very low but she wasn’t worried. My Dr recommended a multivitamin, a calcium supplement and Fosomax. I am hesitant about the
Fosomax . Do you have any alternatives or studies supporting its issues?
This is great. What was your T-score then, and what is it now?
