Good appt- Dr went in-depth on bloodwork and what to watch for. Set up Health Care Proxy and MOLST *Medical Order for Life Sustaining Treatment *not that I'm anywhere near that point but always good to have in case of emergency. Two family members that are on paperwork know my wishes if I can't answer.

@treehouse5437 I am glad to hear you felt comfortable with the appointment! Information overload can be frustrating so perhaps you were given some resources to check into, also.

Having things in place, and not having to deal with a sudden need to make decisions, is usually a great idea. It will give you peace of mind, even though it might seem like overkill at the time. And remember that you can adjust things as needed.
