Has anyone else experienced leg cramps? I get them almost every night, from the knee down. And not just the calf, but the sides of the legs, too.

@bluegill I noticed I got some cramps also. I thought it was due to Lupron. I looked up Lupron on the internet and found out I was possibly right. Lupron has a long list of side effects.

You might try adding Magnesium to your supplements. It worked for me.
I get all the rest listed, extremely stiff, hips, knees, Some hot flashes, and
a real tingling feeling all over, poor sleep, shrunken penis. My last shot was
last August. Hopefully I can return to normal.
