Does anyone else have uncontrollable leg spasms during orgasm?

I had two falls in 4 weeks back in Jan 2024 and since have had spasms that shoot down my right leg upon climax. I am female. Resolves fairly quickly once my legs get closer together. Maybe lasts a minute or two. Has lessened quite a bit since it began. Only sometimes now. I'm actually having other neurological symptoms as well, but my specialist didn't seem to feel this was significant unfortunately.

Don’t have what you have, but wait til you hear my story.
I have MGUS and Neuropathy.
One bizarre symptom I have are orgasms will get me when I’m just sitting and doing nothing nothing sexually.
Once I was playing a slot machine at a casino, when I had a really strong orgasm.
I had to put my hand over my face to hide my facial expression.
Another time I was home at night just watching tv.
I do t get them regularly, and I never know when they’re coming.
I haven’t had one now for several months
I never mentioned this to my doc because of the embarrassment it is.
I just deal with it, and it’s not one of my worst symptoms.
I have a lot more with my CIDP going on..
