The hematologist, who wasn’t very friendly at all, said that there was no findings of cancer. My numbers had improved/normalized at the appointment, so he said basically he is not certain why the findings showed as hypocellular and fibrosis, but that he is basically not concerned regarding it because my numbers normalized. I am not sure whether to trust this or seek another opinion.

It can be unsettling when lab tests show abnormal values and then normal values again. It's hard to know what to trust. Will you be monitored tested again in a few months? What symptoms led to the testing in the first place? Are you still having symptoms?
