Should I be worried

My mom had PC, I've been having abdominal discomfort, started with a really bad acid reflux that was burning my throat even change my voice. Went to the doctor prescribe me some medication told him about mom he sent me for a ultrasound came back normal, at the 2-month follow-up I told him I was concerned he sent me for a MRI with contrast of abdomen came back normal. Symptoms went away 2 months later came back I am getting constant bloating, intergestion, belching it's been about 6 months from the last MRI seeing a specialist now and he's going to send me for another MRI of the abdomen most of my discomfort is in the lower abdomen I'm hearing a lot of digestive noise gas moving around etc. I was getting these same symptoms before the first MRI also and I also had a pain in my left shoulder blade which I had before the first MRI I don't really feel pain in the abdomen just discomfort. I did get genetic testing when I found out about my mom no mutations My mom also had no mutations. Also my lipase borderline low 1 or 2 points the last two blood workup my general DC gave me he said he don't think it's a concern. So I really don't know any advice thanks.

Those are the symptoms my mother-in-law had with ovarian cancer. Took forever to get it diagnosed. CA-125 (blood test) is a marker for it. Might have that just to rule it out.

CA 19-9 is the marker test for pancreatic cancer.
