You should use or try Aloe on your spots. The real plant not store bought. A well known Dermatologist uses a gel and it is made from Aloe. I hope this helps.
@dida84 I am also plagued by SK. My recommendation is to have your doctor prescribe tazarotene 1% cream. Apply it twice a day for 3 months. You just apply a very tiny amount, I use a q-tip to apply it. It is expensive (I got it at target QVC for $44) with a coupon they had). It can be uncomfortable so just choose a few that bother you most.

I've posted a couple times about my plague of SKs. Mine do itch but not as bad as my Grover's Disease. I use Eucerin Itch Relief on my chest and back for the Grover's and it probably helps the SKs as well. My scalp doesn't seem to itch as much but it's embarrassing to get a haircut and having to explain why they can't run their comb over my scalp. There are shampoos that help with itchy scalp that I've used in years gon by. I am also 84.
