Hi,
I had 15 TIA's over three days and not a shred of physical evidence could be found. Mine where diagnosed by my description of the events that occured. What did show up was an enlarged heart but unrelated to the TIA's. TIA's are usually considered a warning. Around the same time of my TIA's another local had one then subsequently died from a stroke within a week. I shook me to realise just how lucky I had been. I haven't had any more over the last year and have abandoned all related medication.
Cheers

@cheyne and @calanbrown, i too have had 3 TIA(mini strokes). i've had CT scans, MRIs, even Ultrasounds looking for ruptured blood vessels. you name it, nothing found. to this day, 5 years later nothing has happened again. as far as we now. they don't leave any known signs. no clues. so far it's a mystery. ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD LUCK. but don't take anything for granted. something don't seem right, get it checked out immediately. GET TO THE ER FAST. good luck, Daniel.

I just experience the same thing. I still have to have a MRI, but I had 2 CT Scans, in hospital. I did go under anesthesia the day before so the hospital blamed it on that. I also was scheduled for surgery a few days later. The Anesthesiologist absolutely blamed it on TIA stroke. He told me they don’t show up on CT scans. I was fine after surgery no issues. Then I go to my Primary
Doctor who scared me to death. He told me I am at a high risk for major stroke. I went for Echocardiogram and a test to check my neck, all came back negative so now I am confused.
